The former France international is a free agent - and currently training with Paris St Germain - and can be signed once the transfer window opens on June 13 and make his S-League debut on June 15 against Tanjong Pagar United.
The 36-year-old has played for Montpellier, PSG, Newcastle United, Portsmouth, Benfica, Levante, Derby County, Toronto FC and AEL in career spanning over 18 years.
