TNP have revealed Tampines Rovers is in talks with Singapore international Mustafic Fahrudin.
The 30-year-old is seeking a return to the S-league after spending two years in the Indonesian Super Liga.
This is due to the fact Singapore is more suited to raise his children - his wife is currently pregnant with his second child - and the club scene in the republic is also more stable with more and more Indonesian clubs imploding at this moment in time.
However, the Stags have admitted they are on a tight budget so they have to see if both sides can meet each other expectations.
