Tanjong Pagar United have announce Ahmad Latiff is their man through facebook.
The former Singapore international have been a hot property since he was released by Tampines Rovers at the end of the season with several clubs linked with him.
However it seem the Jaguars have won the battle for his signature and he will be a Jagaurs for the 2013 season.
