Tanjong Pagar United marquee player is former Moroccan international Monsef Zerka.
The 31-year-old is a versatile player as he can play in a number of position from a fullback in defence to a winger in midfielder to being a forward as well.
He had played 173 league games for French club Nancy, of which 85 are in Ligue 1, and in that time he won the Ligue 2 title as well as the Coupe de la Ligue (French League Cup).
In 2010, he left to join another French club Nantes in Ligue 2 and during that spell he play 35 times for them.
After that, he travel around the globe as he play for Iraklis in the Greek League, New England Revolution in Major League Soccer and Petrolul Ploieşti in the Romanian League.
Now he is in the S-league with Tanjong Pagar United.
The former international had won 12 caps for his nation Morocca.
