DPMM Brunei have announced the club are releasing the trio of striker Ivan Bosnjak, midfielder Stephen Auvray and defender Dino Drpic.
While the departure of Stephen Auvray was no shock as he has been out of the team since the 4-2 win against Geylang International back in March where he was criticized for his performance up to then and blamed for both of the Eagles goals on the night.
However nobody saw the departure of Ivan Bosnjak and Dino Drpic, especially head coach Vjeran Simunic
who admitted he has no part in the decision.
The Croatian insists he has moved on from the club's decision to terminate the
players' contacts and has more pressing matters to worry about.
"I respect every decision the management makes and am already focused on the next game with the rest of the team," he said.
