Eagles go for two strikers

TNP has revealed Geylang United is going for two forwards to boast their attack which has yet to fly this season.

Since the departure of Peter Tomko in pre-season , the Bedok club have struggled to replace him but they believed they have found it now with K2 'Peter Crouch' Jung Hee-bong joining.

The Korean forward had impressed in his trials in Indonesia but could not joined the league there 'due to administrative problems'

Other than the Korean, the Bedok club have also captured former old boy, Guntur Djafril, who was their Prime League top scorer in 2008.

Unfortunately, that was the high point of Guntur career thus far as the 25-year-old have failed to spark in his last two clubs - SAFFC and Woodlands Wellington - with him not having score a single goal for both of them.
