ACLQ: SAFFC trounced Sriwijaya

SAFFC showed why I am confident they will once again reach the ACL group stage as they trounced Sriwijaya 3-0 at Jalan Besar Stadium.

It is because at ASEAN level, local teams are just that more tactically and technically able to defend; a trait not appreciated in the region but very important if one is to reach the next level.

Afterall, if one cannot defend then one will start on the backfoot as Sriwijaya show even (according to some) if they do form the Indonesia national backline with of course a Singaporean as well.
