Former Warriors and White Swans defender Kenji Arai have sign for Sengkang Punggol until the end of the season.
He is expected to strengthen a Dolphins side that have been unable to keep out soft goals at crucial times in the game.
The Japanese defender have played 194 times in the domestic game for the Warriors and White Swans.
Departing is Canadian forward Ryan Fante who has been a major disappointment or not as he did came with little expectation.
And in a way, Kenji Arai may even 'improve' the attack as the Japanese has only failed to score once in 6 seasons in the S-league and it is no worse than Ryan Fante who have only 1 goal.
Fante arrived due to major recommendation from his countryman Jordan Webb but he has never shown anybody why the Dolphins will ever want to sign him again for another 6 months.
