Steven Tan have been appointed as Tampines Rovers head coach.
The 40-year-old is taking over Vorawan Chitavanich who have moved upstairs to become the Director of Football.
Vorawan will now oversee the club youth development progammes and make improvement to it.
Zulkarnaen Zainal will also be taking over from Syed Faruk as the team manager
