The former Warriors striker scored 68 goals in 130 appearances with the club before joining Geylang United last season but in an injury-plagued season, the 28-year-old only scored 5 goals in 19 games.
He will be looking to rebuild his reputation with the Protectors as he remained one of the top striker - among the second tier ones - in the local game.
23-year-old Zulfadi Zainal Abidin is also joining the Protectors from SAFFC after an impressive season with the Choa Chu Kang club when he forced his way into the first team from the Prime league ranks.
