Yasir Hanapi promoted to Geylang first team

Geylang United has announced Yasir Hanapi will be promoted to the first team for the upcoming 2010 season.
The 20-year-old, who was part of the bronze medal-winning national Under-23s in the recent Southeast Asian Games in Laos, is promoted after impressing on the wings in his full rookie season.

He debut for the Eagles was at the back end of the 2008 season against Woodlands Wellington when he came on a sub in a 2-1 victory at Woodlands Stadium.
