Balestier Khalsa have announced the appointment of Salim Moin as part of the club's technical panel.
The 48-year-old joined the club after finishing a two-year contract with the Football Association of Singapore as National Football Academy coach with Under-17 and Under-18 squads.
Salim started coaching in 1996 with National Football League side Tampines SC, and later moved to S-League club Gombak United where he handled the Centre of Excellence, Prime League and S.League teams.
At the players front, the Tigers have signed goalkeeper Ahmadulhaq Che Omar and midfielder Kamal Nasir A Haja from Woodlands Wellington after snatching another Woodlands Wellington defender, Daniel Hammond, earlier.
To partner Daniel Hammond in defence will be former New Zealand youth international Paul Cunningham.
Goalkeeper Sim Wei Zhi, Joey from Sengkang Punggol and former U23 international Goh Swee Swee from Young Lions have also joined the club.
Defenders K Sathiaraj, Sofiyan Abdul Hamid and Mushthafa Kamal as well as midfielders Han Yiguang, Anantha Rajan, Syaqir Sulaiman, K Vikraman and Poh Yifeng have all been retained from last season's S.League squad for the new campaign.
