Former Japanese international Kazuyuki Toda have sign for SAFFC for the upcoming season.
The 34-year-old will be signed as a marquee player according to the TNP as he fit the bill.
The defensive midfielder have European experience as he played for English side Tottenhman Hotsupr and Dutch team ADO Den Haag.
Other than that, he was also in the Japanese squad for the 2002 World Cup Finals.
SAFFC other foreign signings are Marin Vidošević (Croatia), Shimpei Sakurada (Japan), Tatsuro Inui (Japan) and Mislav Karoglan (Bosnia-Herzegovina) who have all been retained.
