Home United has decided not to renew the contract of head Coach PN Sivaji; effectively ending his term at the Bishan club.
The 59-year-old contract is due to expire on 31st December 2009.
Home United has endured a terrible 09 season under his term; finishing outside the top 3 for the first time since 06 and saw their journey in the S'pore Cup and AFC Cup ended in the quarter-final with little resistance as they crashed to Geylang United and Hong Kong side South China respectively.
It had mirror the 08 season, also under Sivaji, and this time it will cost the Singaporean his job.
The club has short-listed a number of coaches and will announced their decision shortly according to the club.
